Terms of use

Last updated 21 July 2026

Thanks for using CareCircle. These terms are the simple agreement between you and us. We've kept them short and readable on purpose.

What CareCircle is

CareCircle is a private hub that helps a family coordinate the care of a relative — a rota, an activity log, medications, and appointments. It's a tool for staying organised together, and nothing more.

Not a medical device, not medical advice

CareCircle is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. It doesn't diagnose, treat, or monitor any condition. Always rely on your doctor, pharmacist, or emergency services for medical decisions. If someone is unwell or at risk, contact a healthcare professional — don't rely on the app.

You're responsible for the information you enter

CareCircle shows what your circle records. We can't verify that a medication, dose, appointment, or note is correct — that's up to the people in your circle. Please double-check anything that matters, especially medications and timings.

Using it kindly and lawfully

Please only add people to your circle who should be there, and only record information you have the right to share. Don't use CareCircle to harass anyone, to break the law, or to try to disrupt or break into the service.

Provided “as is”

We work hard to keep CareCircle running and dependable, but it's provided “as is,” without warranties. We can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and to the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses arising from its use. Keep your own record of anything critical.

Changes

We may update these terms as CareCircle grows. If we make a meaningful change, we'll do our best to let circle members know.
